We are searching for a Senior Director of Marketing to develop and oversee the marketing strategies and promotional activities for the Nonfiction Trade Group. They will also direct the Marketing and Publicity staff in the execution of marketing plans and primary marketing spending to achieve the goals of the group and the authors we serve. The Nonfiction Trade Group will produce approximately 50 new titles each year.

Desired candidate must have a clear, compelling philosophy of marketing and must be a strong leader. They must possess strong relationship building skills and have strong presentation and technical writing skills. They must also be able to process change as well as lead change.

Preferred candidate will possess a college degree in a Marketing related field and 5 - 7 years of marketing experience in a leadership role. Those with experience in serving the Christian market are preferred.

Candidates must be willing to relocate to Nashville, TN.
